The International Society of Women Airline Pilots (ISA+21) is the world’s largest single donor of advanced flight scholarships for women, annually awarding aircraft type-ratings and thousands of dollars in scholarship awards.
In our 46-year history, we have awarded over $1.5 million to dedicated women pursuing their airline career. Our scholarship winners have gone on to successfully realize their dreams.
The International Society of Women Airline Pilots (ISA+21) started with twenty-one pioneering female airline pilots in 1978 and has grown to over 600 members around the world representing over 90 airlines and 25 countries.
